I AM HOME! 🇯🇲 one year and two months of full time travel in India and Southeast Asia. So much to process but my homecoming has been warm, easeful and ABUNDANT. Very early on in my travels I knew I needed to live in a country where I am the majority (more on that later) but y’all I feel so safe, seen and understood. I am back and in full agreement with my divinity this time around. When I moved here from Los Angeles in 2020, I was determined and naive- not fully embodied and willing to do what I needed to remember what wholeness feels like. Now I know more than I could ever express in words. I always was, but now I KNOW. We make choices every single day and some lead us where we want to be and others don’t. It sounds so simple because it really is but the work is not easy. Now I choose ease and can experience it with expectation and willingness because I’ve done what I needed to for my nervous system and my inner child. Happy Tuesday! Happy Sunday you all <3 The biggest shifts in my life so far came from elevating my mind. Before the diet change or the detox you have to get honest with yourself and admit where you are to see where you’re going- and you can change whenever you’re ready.

There is power in saying: you know what, my actions got me here and I don’t like this place I’m in, in fact, I’m tired of this. That’s the magic of holding yourself accountable because now you can actually DO something about it. Being sick and tired of being sick and tired is a powerful position to be in.

The real alchemy happens there and that’s where I love to come in and support you to make your next step the best step. Have you done a parasite or liver cleanse this year yet?

The root cause of most deficiencies is toxicity- whether that’s physical, mental or spiritual. The way to reactivate your body to heal itself is through a thorough detox. This will clear out the waste that makes your natural detox system inefficient.

When you want to do a liver, blood or parasite cleanse it’s best to start with detoxing the gut. The liver filters toxins from the blood and makes them water soluble for elimination through bile or urine. That means the intestines <located in your gut> should be free of backed up waste.

Using binders during liver and parasite cleanses is useful to carry the toxins or pathogens out of the body successfully. There are several to choose from like activated charcoal, chlorella, psyllium husk and diatomaceous earth shown in the video.

Now, hydration is essential when detoxing to create stools and ease the digestion process. If you’re backed up try drinking and eating more water first ~ 3 liters per day and see how that changes your flow.

A love story 🍉 Since it’s still in season take advantage

Watermelon is the easiest way to eat your water especially if you’re not feeling hydrated from the bottles anymore. So so powerful! 👇🏽

Watermelon = Womb Wash!
Cellular hydration (especially if you don’t get enough water).
Amino acids, Vitamin C, Potassium
Contains one of the most potent antioxidants: lycopene (removes free radicals 2-10x more than other antioxidants)
Seeds: magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper

My favorite cleanse is a fruit or juice cleanse and I typically will have one whole watermelon a day during the fast.
