I'm a former operator of ADF(Singapore), who loves working out and making videos to motivate people to workout. I created this channel so that people who want to join the military will have a basic knowledge on the fitness standards and an idea on the criteria on how to pass the standards of individual military organizations, I do research and preparations before I do any military/civilian fitness tests and I do not claim to be an expert on all of these and my channel is NOT intended as professional advice, always check with the particular military organization that you want to be part of regularly because standards and criteria changes.
Train progressively & do not jump into imitating the challenges or fitness tests immediately.
