Getting started in Real Estate in Atlanta GA I knew nobody. I was a single father that had to work 55 hours a week to pay the bills and debt. I was broke, in debt and depressed from a recent divorce. I knew I needed to make a change in my life. I decided to get into real estate. Many negative voices (including my own) said I may want to come up with a different plan. I refused to listen.
During my first year in real estate I had to work 80+ hours a week, and 60+ hours a week for a year and a half after that. With all the obstacles in my way, I managed to become one of the top solo agents in my office in less than 3 years (out of 300+ agents).
I want my experiences and strategies to help people who want to get into real estate achieve their goals. I want to help agents who want to get better at what they do find the success they're looking for.
