Dr. Alice Hoyt is a food allergist in New Orleans with a background in nutrition. This channel will teach you all about food allergies. You will learn about anaphylactic (IgE-mediated) food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES), food-induced flaring of atopic dermatitis, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome, as well as Celiac Disease, lactose intolerance, non-Celiac gluten sensitivity, and more.

Adverse reactions to foods can be scary, but through good information, you can be in control. Use this channel to help you live with less stress and more joy!
