I’ve been missing from YT - I know- I tried to come back but my health is just not allowing it. YT is my passion and this community holds my heart- I plan to come back as soon as my body allows- for now- I have to choose REST, RECOVER and REFLECTION for now… and I beg for your prayers- good vibes-well wishes- whatever good ya got!!! It’s been pretty scary being down this long. But I AM A FIGHTER- And I WILL figure this out!!!!

If you had to pick one “TOOL” in your Journey to your best health what would it be? My goal is to work to build the optimal toolbox for best health long term - physical, mental, spiritual - and share it in an ebook/ youtube videos... I’d love your top 1-3 “tools” you rely on or think are vital. I may follow up with you with more questions as well if you don’t mind.
Here is an example-
One of mine has been to find a way to move my body that aides to my mental and physical health- Bikram yoga for me.
