Founders Drew Ary, ALC, Trish Ary, Eric Zellers, PE, and Lesley Zellers transitioned from corporate office jobs to pursue something greater. Drew excelled in managing complex auctions, while Eric specialized in engineering. Both felt a calling to be outdoors and connect with people. Drew became an Accredited Land Consultant and started marketing himself as a Land Real Estate Agent, supported by his wife Trish. Eric left engineering to become a Land Agent, leveraging his unique skill set. The two met, formed a friendship, and saw an opportunity to create Ary Land Co., a company with a shared culture and high standards. The team continues to attract agents who strive to fulfill their dreams, expanding their reach beyond Oklahoma into Kansas, with plans for Missouri.
