The reason we were created is to have fellowship with God and to praise and worship Him.
We are, therefore, called to worship Him. Our calling may differ as to the various talents with which He has equipped us. And the different instruments which may be used to express our praise to the Lord.
The one thing God looks for is that the worshippers be sanctified, pure, holy and righteous. We are called to separate ourselves unto God.

Praise and worship should flow from us every moment, everywhere- in season and out.
