Andhra Pradesh is a state located in the southeastern part of India. It shares borders with Tamil Nadu to the south, Karnataka to the southwest and west, Telangana to the northwest and north, and Odisha to the northeast. Along the eastern side, it boasts a coastline stretching approximately 600 miles (970 km) along the Bay of Bengal.
