Who is KT Canary?
I'm just a restless soul with a tender heart and a rebel spirit trying to find my way in the dark. I have no credentials to tout. Just a primal need for creative expression and a tiny spark of courage, hoping to leave beacons in my wake - as I heal, as I learn, as I grow -to offer light to anyone who has to walk a similar path.
My songs are a rather clumsy breadcrumb trail for those who find sanctuary in the tones and textures of words and melodies as I do, those who seek to fill the void of beauty and empowerment in their lives as I have, and those who are learning to follow their heart back to themselves as I am.
This channel is just me being incredibly brave, throwing my stone in the pond, and hoping the ripples reach the right hearts. I know it will grow as I grow but, for now, it is meant to be a haven filled with honesty and courage, stillness and strength, and my own hopes of a well lit path.
