I'm trying to make meals with 5 main ingredients or less! (Spices don't count 😉)
I love cooking for my family and friends, but I have a chronic illness (EDS), so I'm learning to make yummy food with less ingredients and mess 😆 ❤️ Sometimes, I buy frozen meals and make them my own by adding spices or other ingredients... you'll see! 😉
