Chantel founded Upful Blends in 2018 after healing herself from six illnesses in 30 days through fasting, herbal detoxing, and visualization. She immersed herself in herbal medicine, became a certified trauma-informed coach, and has facilitated self-development workshops on somatic healing.
Her journey led her to plant medicine ceremonies in the Amazon jungle and Mexico, building water wells in Tanzania, and partnering with Tribes in the Amazon. She grew Upful Blends from a dining room table into a thriving business, leading a team & expanding into its own warehouse facility.
Now, she documents her entrepreneurial journey, fitness, and holistic wellness, sharing raw insights on the challenges and wins of building a successful business while also being a human.
Her mission is to remind people what they’re capable of with plants, the mind, & intentional action.

2017 I started Upful Blends as a smoothie company as I was trying to heal myself of 6+ illnesses.
2018 changed it to herbs and supplements AFTER I did heal myself.
Yesterday we officially turned 7 years of age.
100,000+ customers and counting…
It’s incredible to know we’re still here after 7 years and only becoming better.
It’s incredible to know that I’m becoming a better CEO, leader, woman, and human as a result of Upful.
It’s been tough. 😓

My love, let me say, living a healthy life isn’t only about what you eat or drink but how you catch and release the energy of the day to lessen how much stuck energy is in your body. ⚡️
Be like water and allow the energy to be fluid. Your health truly depends on it.

Most times exactly what we need to do is the exact opposite of what we’ve been doing. And we won’t know until we pause the pattern to notice it.
Carve out 30 mins daily to pause and be still. No external noises to distract your observations. Then carve out 30 mins on Sunday to reflect on your week. Where did you get in your own way? Did you commit to your health? What do you choose now?

It feels good to be back on YouTube. I honestly was avoiding it because running a business managing a warehouse and people required a lot of me! AND we’re here!

It was one of the hardest moments of my life and the biggest blessings because once I got on the other side of it I unintentionally started Upful Blends by helping other people heal just like I did. 🙌🏽
Delivering all things herbs to people in Fort Lauderdale helping them heal THEMSELVES and remember their power. 🚗💨
All this started from YouTube, btw. Recording the journey when recording the rock bottom wasn’t “cool”. 🎥
A lot has changed since then and I’m still in awe of how many humans are a part of our Tribe! They’re all experiencing life in their most optimal health state possible with plants + their mind. 🌱♾️
