Hecate's Wheel is Vicki Scotti, & LuAnn Morris. The women have been singing together in the Tampa Bay area for many years. Astarte Moon Dancer complements their melodies by bringing the stories to life with her interpretive dance style. Hecate's Wheel is inspired by and dedicated to the Goddess in all her guises.
