I'm Geronimo -- a professional chef and MAD Academy alum based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This channel is about the food that actually matters: wild-caught, regeneratively sourced, foraged from coastlines and forests, and rooted in the Filipino culinary tradition I grew up with.
You'll find recipes built around longevity seafood (the stuff that's good for you and good for the ocean), coastal foraging adventures, behind-the-scenes sourcing stories, and honest conversations about where your food actually comes from.
No preaching. Just good food, real sourcing, and the occasional "kain na."
