I'm Geronimo -- a professional chef and MAD Academy alum based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This channel is about the food that actually matters: wild-caught, regeneratively sourced, foraged from coastlines and forests, and rooted in the Filipino culinary tradition I grew up with.
