17 weeks of trying everything and losing 200 grams
Then dropping 28kg in 33 weeks
What changed?
This is my client Dee when she came back to me after hitting her highest weight of 101kg
We had brought her weight down 16 kilos through a few previous diet attempts, but then Dee just couldn’t get past the 85kg
For 17 weeks, we worked together
She showed up at the gym at 4:30am
She tracked her food religiously
She did everything “right”
Her weight? Barely moved
85.4kg → 85.2kg after 4 months

How many calories do you think this yogurt bowl is? It’s yogurt, banana, honey, peanut butter and cinnamon.
Pretend you were just served this at a friend house, it’s a standard evening dinner bowl. Guess the calories. I’ll post the results later this week.

When Vicky joined coaching, she wasn’t chasing perfection. She just wanted to feel lighter, more confident, and comfortable in her clothes again. She wanted to stop looking in the mirror and zooming straight in on her belly.
In only 14 weeks, Vicky has lost 6.5 kilos, 10 cm off her upper waist, and 17 cm off her lower waist. Her jeans are loose, her waistline is smaller, and her belly sits flatter. She feels stronger and more in control than she has in years.
