The concept started one day when Steve was telling Bryan about his recent fire safety inspection on one of his multi-family properties and how hard it was to keep track of all the different schedules and paperwork. Recently off of another programming project, Bryan suggested that he make a web-app for it. Turns out it was a bit more complicated than that so they started looking at other software solutions online, only to find that the ideal solution did not exist.
We are landlords, and are part of the local landlord community, based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
