어제 실수로 편집해둔 영상 폴더 전체를 삭제해버려서 지금 멘탈이 조금 나가있습니다…🥲
여름 대비해서 롱폼 6개에, 숏폼도 몇 달 분량 미리 편집해두었는데
한순간에 전부 리셋이 되어버렸어요.
바질 사워도우, 바질 치아바타, 올리브 치아바타,
호두·크랜베리·무화과 깜빠뉴(뒤르 버전),
호두·크랜베리·건포도 깜빠뉴(리퀴드 버전),
호두·크랜베리·건포도 깜빠뉴(이스트 버전),
그리고 100% 통밀 사워도우 손반죽 영상까지… 흑흑🥹
그래도 다행히 아직 편집 전 원본 영상이 몇 개 남아 있어서
그것들부터 다시 천천히 시작해보려고 해요.
여름 오기 전에 또 부지런히 만들고 저장해둬야겠네요.
아… 그냥 오늘은 좀 속상해서 끄적여봤습니다 ㅠ_ㅠ
I accidentally deleted my entire edited video folder yesterday, and honestly… my mental state is a little shattered right now🥲
I had already prepared 6 long-form videos and several months’ worth of shorts for summer in advance,
but everything got completely reset in a moment.
Basil sourdough, basil ciabatta, olive ciabatta,
walnut cranberry fig campagne (dur version),
walnut cranberry raisin campagne (liquid levain version),
walnut cranberry raisin campagne (yeast version),
and even my 100% whole wheat hand-kneaded sourdough videos…🥹
Thankfully, I still have a few unedited original clips left,
so I’m going to start over little by little from those.
Looks like I’ll have to work hard again and save up content before summer arrives.
Ah… I’m just a little heartbroken today ㅠ_ㅠ

요즘 갑자기 기온이 올라서 빵만들기 대혼란 상태예요
약간 빵태기까지 왔는데 오늘 밥준 르방까지 저를 슬프게 하네요. 저렇게 갑자기 넘칠 일이냐고 😨
다시 초심으로 돌아가서 좀 더 신경써야겠어요.
다들 더운 여름 어떻게 베이킹 하고 계신가요?
