This channel offers conscious living, nervous system regulation, grief support, meditation, and grounded spirituality through lived experience, not advice, motivation, or fixing.

Creative Rootz is a space to rest, recover, & reset when life falls apart, supporting people to redesign life in rhythm with body, capacity, land, and truth.

Here I share lived reflections from my own recovery and off-grid life in Portugal, guided practices, reflective talks, community conversations, and recordings from weddings and funerals I officiate as Rev Em, alongside my weekly Soil & Soul ministry.

Life here is non-religious, non-performative, and rooted in real experience without forcing, fixing, or false positivity.
