My name is Leslie and I love to cook. I'm an average gal, who works full time with a hectic life (as do we all!). I created this channel to share some of my favourite recipes for those who choose or have to eat gluten free.

It won't be published as there are enough haters in the world and a lot of people have celiac disease and have no other option but to cut gluten out of their diet.
