Making things with my hands has helped my mental health so much, for me creating is a form of meditation, time out and magic. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and really empowers me. I want to help others feel this feeling too because we are all so capable! We can do anything, we can make anything, our beliefs are the only things that limit us.
