MIRROR MIRROR by Lisa Iwanycki
Award-winning songwriter from Montreal, Lisa Iwanycki formed the feminist pop punk band Creature (Universal Music) and Blood And Glass ( @SimoneRecords). She also composed music for TV shows like Avant le Crash, Bitchin Kitchen and Chuck's Day Off.
Imaginary Friend is her first EP as a solo artist under the name MIRROR MIRROR. A choir of teenage girls sing while bronze bells chime into glass instruments and pizzicato contrass and violin. Lisa's music has won best emerging artist at Superfolk Sessions and NYC's SilverSound Showdown. She has toured Matt Holubowski, Patrick Watson, The Barr Brothers, Little Scream, Peter Peter. Lisa is a core member of the group Chorus of Courage: Music for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence.
