Dragonstone Bakes began in Australia, where I spent my days cooking Welsh cakes at markets and sharing a little piece of home with anyone who’d stop by. Now I’m back in Wales, rebuilding my life one step at a time and exploring a mix of Welsh tradition, new recipes, and first-time baking adventures.

I’ve been getting into the festive spirit this week, and that apparently means baking way too many Christmas Cookies. Crunchy, chewy, chocolate chunked, and a couple that tried very hard to escape the tray 😂
I filmed the whole thing, start to finish. No perfection, no drama, just real baking with a few Christmas vibes sprinkled on top.
