Every song, breathing exercise, and guided moment here is designed to help children ages 3–5 feel safe, seen, and heard, and to give teachers and families simple, beautiful tools to make that happen every day.

Founded by Maria Placer; educator, Reiki master, and author with over 35 years of experience working with children.
