metamorphosis after acoustic neuroma surgery 🩵 journey with me.

welcome. i’m camilla. i’m so glad you’re here :)

the year i turned 30, i experienced deaths, relocation, relationship loss — oh, and brain surgery for an acoustic neuroma (a brain tumor i’d apparently been living with for nearly 20 years).

after acoustic neuroma surgery, i developed facial paralysis and became deaf on my left side.

yes, in many ways, i died that year.

however, this channel is about rebirth.

here, we explore what it looks like to have life as you know it end — and to let that ending make space for the most beautiful beginnings.

i share my personal experience with acoustic neuroma surgery, brain tumor recovery, facial paralysis, hearing loss, identity shifts, and the metamorphosis that follows.

you’ll find storytelling, tips, resources, encouragement, and honest conversations for the acoustic neuroma community.

we need each other.

thank you for being here. i promise it gets better.
