Welcome to Raas Rang Music & Dance Trust—a vibrant space where India’s classical arts meet the aspirations of a new generation. Founded in 2013, Raas Rang is more than an institution—it is a cultural family that celebrates tradition, nurtures talent, and inspires excellence.A Legacy Rooted in ReverenceRaas Rang was envisioned by Late Pt. Sohanlal Mishra, a revered tabla maestro of the Banaras Gharana and Top-Grade artist of Doordarshan and All India Radio. A performer, teacher, and torchbearer of tradition, he dedicated his life to the preservation and propagation of Indian classical music. His journey was supported by Smt. Sheela Mishra, whose grace and devotion continue to shape the Trust’s ethos. Together, they created a place where music and dance were not just taught but lived as sacred expressions of culture.
