When you focus on the right foods, you actually get to eat more!
Fuel your day at breakfast with something like a big veggie omelette and toast.
For lunch balance everything with a chicken bowl with veggies and quinoa.
Dinner should hold the lowest amount of carbs of the day, something like salmon and asparagus.
When you balance your macronutrients and fuel your day with nutritious Whole Foods through the day, you're not going to experience that 3:00 slump, youre going to feel fueled and satiated throughout the day.

Just because society has scared us away from carbs, it's time for us to fully understand these important macros and how they actually fuel your body.
Without the right kinds carbs you are going to lack the energy to get through the day. Fuel your breakfast with whole grains, fruits and veggies for success.
Without the right kinds of carbs your brain can't function optimally. Good carbs help to provide your brain with a consistent supply of glucose, your brains primary fuel source. If you want improved focus, sharper cognitive abilities, and overall better mental performance, then start fueling with the right kinds of carbs!
When you fuel up with these good carbs not only are you benefiting your body and your brain, but youre also going to do better at the gym. Carbs fuel your body through the physical activity and allow you to burn fat without taking water from your muscle.
Slow digesting carbs are the key to your success.
Some great examples are:
