hi fam. 🦋 I'm Sasha Hanway - I coach strength (find me on Ladder!), teach yoga, breathwork + meditation coach. I'm also founder of wild things surf and yoga retreats, and a certified holistic nutrition coach. As a former college athlete, personal trainer, and yoga teacher I've always been in love with movement. I want women (and generally all humans) to Fall in love with what their bodies can do, to help them chase strong and to explore movement and nutrition as a tool to feel at home in their bodies.
I'm also a VERY mid surfer, recreational adventure runner and marathoner and lover of all things outdoors and adventure.
