As a veteran of Learning Operations, Dr. Gaike has a proven track record of managing massive-scale interventions, including the governance of networks featuring 980+ trainers and over 5,000 active learners. His expertise is rooted in the ADDIE framework, where he specializes in Learning Journey Architecture, competency mapping, and Digital Transformation.
