The 🐐 of Pokemon deck building and piloting tutorials @Littledarkfury was hacked and banned for a month! Today he’s back and I just realized super close to 100k subs. Let’s send him a welcome party.
Check his channel out if you play the Pokemon card game or are curious about how to.
Heads Up! YouTube has been auto-tagging the most random products on my shorts for a couple months.
I remove them after I see it. Last night at 3am it auto tagged a $0.15 cent trainer card from Phantom Forces that covered like 15% of the screen lmao
700 days ago, after four years of creating content about collectibles, I started posting videos daily and it changed my entire life.
To anyone on the fence about starting their own content creation journey- here’s your sign to not wait anymore. When I started I was 32, I work a full time job, I’m a very active parent, and got my filming and video editing down to 2 hours per day through practicing a lot. I share this because you might be thinking there’s not enough time in the day. I promise there is. There might not be as much time for doom scrolling, show binging, and video games- but the important stuff can still get done.
Learning to count uploads, not likes, is step one. It’s the only way to improve at this because you have to share things to the internet to get better at it. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint. It took a long time to get to a point where my content was “successful” for me. The majority of the time I made videos no one saw, that’s the same for most creators you watch.
Don’t quit when it stops being fun. You are pushing on a very heavy door. That’s why it seems like so few people succeed at opening it. Understand you only get better the longer you do this. I think the best example of this was me being stuck at 4,000 subscribers on YouTube for 4.5 years- and then hitting 325k in the last 2 years. Once you open the door… it’s open.
