Thereafter Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned: "A man who had travelled on a long journey, he was disheveled and covered in dust and stretched his hands towards heaven “O Lord, O Lord”, but his food was unlawful and his drink was unlawful so how was his dua to be accepted?” (Muslim)
Allah's Apostle (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) said: "The supplication of the servant is granted in case he does not supplicate for sin or for severing the ties of blood, or he does not become impatient. ... [Sahih Muslim : Book 35, Number 6595]
