Home Workouts with Boxing and Muay Thai is my passion at 54!
Welcome friend. At 50 years old I was out of shape, and needed to do something... So I started training in my garage, with a few dumbbells to begin with, and added a boxing bag. I train consistently each week, and put every workout here. I record all workouts as a short, and explain each training session in the description, with training tips. I use Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing drills, as well as strength training and functional fitness workouts, using weights, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. My goals are to build muscle and strength, burn fat, improve fitness, and practice combat sports – all at home.
