Mani Sankar Kala Kendra
Welcome to the YouTube channel of Mani Sankar Kala Kendra - an institute of Indian classical dance located in Kolkata. It was founded as Sankar Kala Kendra by renowned dancer Manisankar Chakraborty. After his demise, the school was renamed after him as Mani Sankar Kala Kendra and was run by his daughters Late Maya Mukherjee and Late Mina Mukherjee. Over the years, Mani Sankar Kala Kendra has performed various kinds of dances, including Bharatnatyam, Odissi and so on. Besides, we have also performed a wide range of dance-dramas, such as Kanka Leela, Alibaba, Ramayana, and others.
