John Allred
John Allred is an American singer-songwriter born in Hartford, Connecticut. Allred began his musical journey at the young age 8 years old writing his first song on the piano.
The third son of a music teacher and a hockey coach. John was Influenced by early choir & musical productions as well as the local music scene, where attended his first shows at “The Webster Theater”, “El & Gee Club” and ”the Hawks Nest” featuring Dashboard Confessional, Guster and Dispatch.
In 2004 John moved to attend College in Utah, the same place that developed talents like The Killers, The Used and Imagine Dragons. Migrating from Utah to California, John spent the past two decades developing his craft blending elements of folk, rock, and pop releasing 12 albums and 12 EP’s since 2005. Each release showcasing his growth as an artist and diverse sound. His introspective songwriting often explores themes of love, loss, and self-discovery.
