We need true accountability using best practices with acceptance of the new process not development of a new process, a lack of a systematized way of holding people accountable, it gets passed down and must be actionable and affinitized accordingly with lots of low hanging fruit. Resistance to the change is found with the carrot and the stick. We don't spend quality time doing quality work on stakeholder analysis. There are far too many turf wars and silos. At the end of the day we don't want to boil the ocean. Help me understand, okay? We are change agents, the Q is pretty straightforward. It's the A that is hard to quantify. There is so much gain capability there! If I don't own the people I can't do anything about the people there. Find the best practices process and get those up in front of us and let's do 2, even 4 or 6. 6 is better than 20. Let's get the post it notes out and do some quiet brainstorming. (Corporate slime mold recipe circa 2001) Take an action item beeawch!!
