BMT Lines
This channel reflects my hobbies and interests including photography and the history of transportation. At times I have combined the two by photographing vintage and modern retro models among a backdrop of vintage railroad and transit equipment.
I particularly admire the history of the Brooklyn Manhattan Transit Corporation (1923-1940), one of two private companies that operated the New York City Subway. It was the most efficient, progressive and profitable subway operator and a leader in the industry at the time. My interests have expanded into taking videos of freight and passenger trains from different locations, beyond just the New York City area as well as air shows and other events.
