Are you struggling with health and/ or fitness as you hit your late 30s-40s?? My goal with this channel is to provide evidence-based fitness tips, including education on proper ways to lift weights, address mobility, and add in nutrition tips that will help women to take action towards their health, and finally feel more confident and stronger than they ever have.

As a physical therapist and nutrition health coach, I have worked with many women over the years and one topic that pops up often is perimenopause. Since being in the middle of it myself, I have done a lot of research on this transitional time in our lives, and I want to share with you important tips that I have learned, including eating balanced meals, increasing protein and fiber intake, supplements to help, and then healthy habits to incorporate into our lives (including walking and lifting weights).
