On January 13, 1978, CFMU hit the airwaves. Since then we have become an exciting voice of the campus and the community; a breeding ground for new talent; and a vital medium for relating ideas, news and views....and a few subversive, mind-warping things, too.
We reach throughout Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Dundas, Mount Hope, Stoney Creek and beyond. We are located at 93.3 on your FM dial, as well as cfmu.ca/ where you can find our program schedule, downloadable archives, and more.
CFMU is a separately incorporated entity owned and operated by the McMaster Students Union. The MSU strives to make connections beyond McMaster’s campus and CFMU is a key component in this effort.
