Our institute AYK is founded in Year 2021 during COVID 19 period. We are a team of certified yoga teachers conducting regular online/offline yoga and therapy sessions. We are based in Mumbai, India and open to all global inquiries for any Yoga Workshops, Programs and Sessions.

Some of the highlights are:
1. Conducted an 8 day workshop for Nagpur Training Centre of HRD Ministry. Also conducted many similar yoga workshops for corporate and government institutes.
2. We also offer a 15 Days credit based Yoga course named "Yoga for Modern Lifestyle Diseases" under National Education Policy 2020 of Government of India for students of undergraduate programs.
3. We offer Yoga Teacher Training and other courses.
4. We organize specially curated Yoga, Naturopathy and Spirituality retreats.

We are associated with many NGOs and we motivate people to adopt the Yoga Way of Life.
