Our channel is all about Yoga. We are a team of certified yoga teachers conducting regular online and offline yoga and therapy sessions. We are based in Mumbai, India and open to all global inquiries for any Yoga Workshops, Programs and Sessions.
Our institute AYK is founded during COVID 19 period by a team of Yoga teachers from Mumbai.

We have conducted an 8 day workshop for Nagpur Training Centre of HRD Ministry.
We also offer a 15 Days Yoga course named "Yoga for Modern Lifestyle Diseases" under National Education Policy 2020 of Government of India. This is a credit based course for students of undergraduation programs.
Apart from this we are connected with many NGOs and we keep motivating people thru these NGOs to adopt the Yoga Way of Life.
