He has several fellowships in Minimal Access and Advanced laparoscopic Surgery including from the coveted National Board of Examinations recognised by Medical Council of India, and has been trained and mentored by some of the pioneers and authorities in Minimal Access, Gastrointestinal, Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. He has special interest in the field of Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery, Advanced laparoscopic hernia, colorectal, antireflux surgery, Abdominal wall reconstruction surgery, Bilio-pancreatic and Spleen surgeries, Laser Proctology and Sutureless Circumcision.
