Hi all not been on in about a week as been really ill with what the doctor suspects is my ulcerative colitis having a major flare up, been signed off work for a bit and currently waiting to be tried on some new medication etc. Hoping it's sooner rather than later I'm active again.

Just to confirm it wasn't myself and everyone else in the chat being idiots I asked ChatGPT (and yes I know AI can be wrong) regarding the guy that kept arguing that pistol rounds have more penetration and power than rifle rounds... Results were exactly as expected.

For anyone interested in that Police vest I bought the other day that included the soft armour panels and amazingly had space for the hard plates in the front and back.

Mine was a bit cheaper as it was in B grade condition for the liner but would happily pay £100 for these.
This seller said the soft panels HG2/KR1 are included but not the ballistic plates.
