For anyone interested in that Police vest I bought the other day that included the soft armour panels and amazingly had space for the hard plates in the front and back. Here's a link ebay.us/TPGlFJ
Mine was a bit cheaper as it was in B grade condition for the liner but would happily pay £100 for these. This seller said the soft panels HG2/KR1 are included but not the ballistic plates.
