Core Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic floor dysfunction can start as an innocent habit of sitting for a long time doing good things ( studying) , or injuring yourself playing a sport or going on that skiing adventure( fill in the blank) where you actually got the PT but the focus was on the injured site to decrease pain and increase range of motion - or sitting at your desk with your monitor to your left ( or right) so one side of your body was worked different than the other side. Sitting on your leg under you and the list goes on and on.
Innocent mistake for a long enough time so the body changes its method of movement to accommodate your need.
