I use knives everyday and make videos of me using my knives in real, everyday circumstances. I don’t review, I don’t unbox. I draw opinions based on my experience with each knife.

Some of us focus on the task at hand and carry a knife accordingly. I’d like to think that for an equal number of us, we didn’t plan what we are going to do that day so the knife we have on hand is the knife we carry. Knives can be functional art or they can be be babies that need extra care and protection. Either way, I use knives everyday. Do you?
