Hi everyone, I created this channel to explain and discuss traditional gōng fū fight footages, training exercises and combative techniques. When it comes to oriental martial arts there are already too many misconceptions. For example it's not 'Kung fu'. There's no such word in Chinese language. It's Gōng Fū (功夫). Kung Fu is a distorted pronunciation of the Chinese word Gōng fū. Here I'm trying to explain what it is, and how it works.
