Hi! I'm Abigail, it's nice to meet you! I am an Oslo-based yoga teacher. I use vinyasa, yin yoga, and moving meditations to cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility, both physically and mentally. My asana classes are interwoven with philosophy, anatomy and Ayurveda, and students can expect to flow, breathe, and find a deeper connection with their higher selves. I have a PhD in Geophysics (Dr of rocks!), and my love of science translates to a deep-rooted interest in the physics of yoga. I have a passion for anatomy, and my background in dance brings a fluidity and playfulness to my yoga practice.
