What does “BASED” mean to you?

For us, it stands for being “based in truth, principles, and reality”—cutting through the noise, hype, and fads to uncover what truly works for sustainable health and well-being.

But what about “fitness”?

Most people think of fitness as just the pursuit of an optimal physique. At BASED Fitness, it’s so much more. We redefine fitness as holistic health, integrating the mental, physical, and spiritual systems necessary to transform your life.

Our BASED Fitness Blueprint is a gamified, 5-level system designed to guide you step by step toward total health and mastery:

Level 1: Build strong foundations and uncover the principles of sustainable healing.
Level 2: Identify and eliminate inflammatory foods wreaking havoc on your body.
Level 3: Restore and nutrify your body with the essential nutrients it needs to thrive.
Level 4: Detoxify your body naturally, removing toxins that hold you back.
Level 5: Eliminate parasites and achieve complete renewal.


BASED Fitness

I have been dialing in my training philosophy and methodology for 8 years now, and I am beyond excited to package the information and present it to you guys in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-execute way.

The primary notion I am fixated on within BASED FITNESS, is the ability direct your mind’s eye with certitude. You got an idea? Get informed. Make a plan. Go get it. Now. Thats typically my M.O.

But I see an obstacle at least 80% of ppl encounter : our modern world of social media exposes the individual to an overstimulating amount of ideas and paths within fitness, and this ultimately leads many fitness pursuits to emptiness, vanity, confusion, fruitlessness…

Whether it be influencers that promote a sport, a particular style of athletic training, could be cross fit trainers, powerlifters, bodybuilders, calisthenic programs YOU NAME IT. (WAY too much influence!)

And IF followed blindly, it WILL lead to you making whimsical, impulsive decisions, propelling loosely articulated and designed goals. Without even being aware, you’ll be tying your body’s physical DESTINY to a commitment that was random, not thoughtful, super-niche (or maybe not niche enough), some training ideology or methodology that you just happened to stumble upon whilst aimlessly scrolling on your phone…. ???

NO.

You cannot achieve ANYthing in life with LOOSELY defined goals.

My aspiration is to provide you with a wholesome overview of the human body, it’s role in revitalizing and restoring optimal physical health conditions, from the Micro level (cellular) to the Macro level (systems), but also perhaps MORE significantly is it’s role in aiding us through our human condition of pain and suffering, it’s role in attaining MENTAL and SPIRITUAL fortitude.

This ENABLES you to design your own TIGHTLY articulated goals, with precision. Never being reliant on an outside influence again!

Don’t worry about any religious ideology, as my primary intentions with this channel are not to preach and proselytize you - HOWEVER, I WILL challenge your view of reality, pressuring you to come to the realization that you do HAVE a spirit, and you HAVE a mind, and so the simple fact that you’re attempting to reach the physical goal of “fitness” but without being grounded by a firm utility or development of your MENTAL and SPIRITUAL faculties, your journey will be much less than expected!

Because you are not merely a physical being. You are a SPIRIT BEING in a PHYSICAL VESSEL. You need to detach yourself in order to make an objective assessment of your body’s needs first, and then subjective “wants” later down the road. Discipline, self denial, and humility will be virtues of utmost priority on this journey.

I will be sharing physique updates shortly so you can see what Ive attained so far and give y’all a better idea of what my personal situation is and what my goals are moving forward.

BASED Fitness

These are the ONLY two supplements you should consider taking as a NATURAL athlete in order to maximize muscle growth and performance ( I don’t endorse either of these brands) :

- Creatine Monohydrate : Longest studied, most simple and certified performance supplement - Used for increasing available ATP (adenosine-triphosphate) to cells raising intensity and pumping out more reps, which results in greater muscle breakdown, which with proper rest & recovery, results in bigger gains

- Add any recovery booster with BCAA’s (branch chain amino acids), this aids your muscles in retrieving necessary nutrients via extra amino acid availability, blood flow and hydration

(If you had to go one or the other, Creatine Monohydrate should be your choice. This compound alone aids in muscle recovery, so additional recovery supplementation is not necessary.
