End of the cut! I don’t have much desire to go lower. Not sure what exactly my plan is now, but I think I need a few days of eating more since I’ve only been sleeping 5-6 hours for the past couple of weeks 😅
135lbs in the first picture, 155lbs in the second, and 180-185lbs in the third/fourth. Honestly a bit absurd how over the course of my lifting career I’ve been able to add around 50lbs of bodyweight and still maintain a somewhat similar body composition. Still a ways to go before I’m lean like I was in the 155lbs picture, but overall I’m quite happy with my overall strength/hypertrophy progression over the years. Definitely not content by any stretch, but still a tad mind boggling when I really take a step back and consider just how far I’ve come in both physicality and mentality. Also, yeah “blah blah blah wide waist/huge obliques”. I’m well aware and so that’s why I’m never gonna compete in legit bodybuilding. I’d certainly get smoked. I’m content with training for strength primarily. (Do I even warrant enough subscribers to post something like this? Eh, I guess we’ll find out, won’t we?)

168.8lbs weigh in today! I think I have around 5-10lbs left to go on my first official cut in my lifting career. 👍
