AVEC
AVEC is a black sheep of the local music scene, not always playing well with current trends embraced by the masses, but exploring incarnations of European dance music from the past and reshaping it for the future.
So far, AVEC has covered genres as diverse as neo-folk, New Beat, Italo disco, EBM, trance, noise and pop. Inspired by the attitude of Industrial and the aesthetics of Belgian New Beat, AVEC artists often combine art, poetry, occult and fashion, creating a uniquely fun effect working on multiple frequencies of perception.
The result of combined production and songwriting forces of Ilya Dmitriev, Feel Gainsbourg and Maxim Nazarov is the prolific series of releases, music videos and live performances by projects such a ЛАВА (LAVA), Celebrine, Alien Delon, Старость (Starost') and others.
