Hi, I’m Kathryn. A certified Somatic Yoga Therapist and the heart behind Somatic Studies Society. I believe true healing begins when we gently reconnect with our bodies, allowing space to feel, breathe, and transform.

My work supports people through life’s big transitions, especially the tender emotions that come with grief, separation, and change. Using trauma-informed somatic yoga therapy, embodied healing practices, Thai Yoga Massage, and a 360-degree approach to wellness, I help students and clients return home to themselves so they can feel grounded, empowered, and alive.

Whether you join me through a teacher training, a healing retreat, or a personalized 1:1 session, my mission is to create a safe, supportive space where your body becomes your greatest teacher.

I hold advanced certifications in Somatic Yoga Therapy (1000 hours), Thai Yoga Massage, Holistic Wellness, and Energy Work. More importantly, I bring heart, lived experience, and deep respect for your unique journey.
